The National Association of Realtors is sponsoring a nation-wide open house and Haig Point is participating!
Several of our resident realtors are holding a cooperative Open House at The Haig Point Club on Sunday April 11, 2010 from 11am to 3pm.
Visit www.haigpointopenhouse.com for complete details.
A "homes on tour" list and map will be published on the website by Saturday. There will be about ten homes open for viewing.
Come explore an amazing and exclusive 1,100 acre residential golf community, tour beautiful homes, discover the beauty of nature, the peaceful lifestyle and the joy of living on an island with no bridge.
Afterwards, stay and watch the Masters at our beautiful waterfront Strachan Mansion from 2pm to 7pm. Our bartender will be on duty with a cash bar (credit cards only). Snacks will be provided by the Haig Point Club. You will also be able to make reservations for dinner at our private, waterfront Calibogue Club restaurant overlooking Harbourtown, the Calibogue Sound and the Atlantic Ocean! Please let the realtor know which of the events you will be attending when you call for ferry reservations.
Open House ferries depart Hilton Head at 10:30am and 12:30pm.
Space is limited and advance reservations are strictly required.
Return ferries leave Haig Point at 1:40pm, 3:40pm, 4:40pm, 5:40pm, 6:40pm and 7:40pm.
If you would like to attend 10:00am worship services at the historic First Union African Baptist Church, the ferry departs Hilton Head at 8:30am and the church bus will provide round-trip transportation. After services, you can have lunch at the Grille Room in the Haig Point Clubhouse and then begin your open house home tour.
Open houses begin at 11am and end at 3pm. Golf carts will be provided by the club for use within the gates of Haig Point. Call any of the realtors on the www.haigpointopenhouse.com website for ferry reservations, dining reservations and more information about this event.
